As a result, architects can grow their businesses and improve their gross margin, focus on the creative and planning parts rather than the tedious, grunt work.


SWAPP's clients include prominent architecture firms and multinational design teams of real estate developers and landlords, who have already used our groundbreaking technology to optimize their planning processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably to architectural firms, and be familiar with selling architectural software such as SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, etc. They will be based in Texas and will lead a small sales team of sales representatives, SDRs, and a solution architect.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive results.

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Generate and close opportunities by building relationships and influencing key decision-makers.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Build and establish trust with clients and prospects.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Represent SWAPP at industry events and conferences.


  • Prior to SWAPP, hold a position of VP Sales/Sales Director and ready to take the next step of his career.

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the AEC (architectural engineering construction) industry.

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably to architectural firms.

  • Hands-on, enjoys hands on selling, and generating their own opportunities.

  • Proactive and strong-minded to schedule F2F meetings with potential prospects and customers and drive the entire sales cycle.

  • A player-coach who can manage a small team of sales representatives, SDRs, and a pre-sales solution architect.

  • Familiarity with software such as SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, etc.

  • Experience of closing minimum 6 figures deals of $300-500K and up.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Prior experience working with Israeli companies is an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
