 Marketing Specialist

For decades, the design and planning process has been taking design professionals close to a year and sometimes even more to bring to completion. 

Swapp is on a mission to redefine construction planning by automating the design process. Using cutting-edge algorithms and data-driven decisions, Swapp partners with top real estate developers to maximize building efficiency and minimize construction costs.

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, marketing lead to join our team in this super-interesting role and become an important factor in the company's growth.

What You'll Do
​

  • Plan and execute a marketing and partnerships strategy for new and existing products and services

  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions

  • Provide tools and materials to the sales and bizdev teams

  • Create and manage the company's social media presence

  • Manage and measure marketing campaigns

Qualifications and Skills
​

  • 2+ years of B2B / SaaS marketing experience, including social media managment

  • Passion and knowledge of architecture, real estate, contech and proptech - a big advantage

  • Knowledge in video and photos editing - advantage

  • Experience in operating and managing demand generation channels such as Linkedin, Google Adwords, Google Display Ads, Facebook, Taboola/Outbrain.

  • Experience bringing cutting-edge technology to market: driving company positioning, branding, launch messaging, lead gen programs, thought leadership, and content programs

  • Team player; ability to work cross-functionally, great communication & presentation skills

  • Proven outstanding abilities to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, sales tools, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and Hubspot CRM - advantage

  • Very strong English and Hebrew communication skills – verbal and writing

 

Our offices are located in Tel Aviv, near Azrieli. Partially remote work is also acceptable.
