The HR Specialist at Swapp is a critical role that provides exceptional support of the Company's HR and recruitment initiatives.
This role has a broad range of responsibilities which is typical of most start-up environments, but you will have an opportunity to define a more targeted area of specialization as the company grows.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process from A-Z.

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

Source potential candidates through social media (Linkedin and Facebook), online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, etc.

Conduct in-person or video call interviews.

Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain our HR files, data, and information.
Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience

3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR specialist or similar role in a high-tech company

Relevant academic degree

Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn).

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

Proven sourcing expertise utilizing advanced internet resources

Experience with conduction face to face HR interviews
Our offices are in Tel Aviv but we support partially remote work
