The HR Specialist at SWAPP is a critical role that provides exceptional support of the Company's HR and recruitment initiatives. ​

This role has a broad range of responsibilities which is typical of most start-up environments, but you will have an opportunity to define a more targeted area of specialization as the company grows.   • Manage the entire recruitment process from A-Z.

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

  • Source potential candidates through social media (Linkedin and Facebook), online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, etc.

  • Conduct in-person or video call interviews.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

  • Maintain our HR files, data, and information. ​

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR specialist or similar role in a high-tech company

  • Relevant academic degree

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn).

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

  • Proven sourcing expertise utilizing advanced internet resources

  • Experience with conduction face to face HR interviews.
