Swapp is on a mission to redefine construction planning by automating the design process. Using cutting-edge algorithms and data-driven decisions, Swapp partners with top real estate developers to maximize building efficiency and minimize construction costs.

We are seeking a highly motivated architect who is looking to make a transition into the hi-tech world with lots of future growth opportunities. The required position is Sales Specialist that will present, promote, and sell Swapp’s services. The ideal candidate would possess the following skills: hunter mentality, a winning mindset, positive attitude, results-oriented, team player, strong work ethic, independent and self-driven.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, initiate and nurture business relationships with real-estate developers and architects in the USA, UK, and Israel.

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and developers teams to convey the customer’s needs.

  • Reach out to potential leads through Linkedin and emails.

  • Set up quality meetings and appointments.

  • Move solid leads through marketing funnels to drive sales.

  • Accompany the whole sales process from end to end.

  • Manage and measure marketing campaigns.

  • Play a key role in defining and executing Swapp GTM strategy and messaging to clients.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 3+ years of experience in architectures firms - a big advantage.

  • Fluent English – Mandatory (read/write/speak).

  • Confident and polished phone, email, and digital channels prospecting skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-goal-oriented environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to proactively recommend ideas and execute planned activities.

  • knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and principles - an advantage.


Our offices are located in Tel Aviv, near Azrieli. Partially remote work is also acceptable.
