SWAPP is expanding its efforts in the Lone Star State.
We are seeking a multi-talented Architect to join our team and support our initiatives in Texas.
The successful candidate will work with the international SWAPP team, applying our advanced technologies and people to lead a myriad of local projects from concept through completion. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a go-getter sales and support attitude, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 2 years experience in Multi-Family development projects
US citizenship or permanent residency
Bachelor of Architecture/ Masters Degree of Architecture from an accredited school
Current Architect license - Advantage
Experience working with construction documents and a strong understanding of feasibility studies, construction practices, interior and exterior detailing, and more
Multi-tasker who can work productively with a project team or individually, tracking and prioritizing complex projects through all phases
Good communicator with co-workers, clients, and consultants Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, and able to achieve deadlines
